STREET and your Shopify POS

Updated 13 Sep 2026

In short: STREET and your counter sales draw from the same Shopify stock for each location. Stock allocation limits the quantity STREET shows, not a separate reserve for the shop floor.

One inventory, separate orders

Keep ringing up in-store sales in Shopify POS. STREET orders arrive separately in the Partner app. Stock updates automatically as Shopify inventory changes; keep counts and variants accurate at the branch supplying the order.

Limit the quantity shown on STREET

  1. In Shopify, open the STREET app, then Catalog.
  2. Select the location, if shown, and find the product's Stock allocation.
  3. Select Edit, set the variant limit and Save. Check the saved value.

All means no allocation cap; OOS means zero available on STREET.

For example, with 10 units in Shopify and an allocation of 2, STREET shows 2. If Shopify stock falls to 8, STREET can still show 2. The setting does not reserve the other 8 units or limit lifetime STREET sales to 2.

To stop offering a product, switch it off using On Street controls.
