Guide›Billing
Reading your invoice
In short: Match each STREET usage charge to its order, then check the commission, delivery amount and any STREET credit.
Check a charge
- Open your bill in Shopify's billing area and find the STREET app charges.
- Match the order reference to the order in Shopify or ORDER HISTORY in the Partner app.
- Check the goods supplied, agreed commission, delivery amount and any credit shown. How Billing Works explains charge timing and later adjustments.
An illustrative order
Assume £60 of goods supplied, an agreed commission of 10%, £9.99 delivery recovery and £5 of STREET credit:
| Component | Amount |
|---|---|
| Commission: £60 × 10% | £6.00 |
| Delivery | £9.99 |
| STREET credit | −£5.00 |
| Total STREET usage charge | £10.99 |
These components can be combined in one order entry. This is an example, not a real invoice or a statement of your rates.
If the totals do not match
The app's 30-day usage cycle can differ from your Shopify bill dates, so one app cycle can span two bills. Compare the dates as well as the totals. Shopify explains app billing cycles here.
For an unexplained charge, send support the order reference, bill date, amount and what you expected. Include any return or refund on that order.
