Installing the STREET app

In short: Install STREET in Shopify, approve billing, then follow the link to complete your retailer profile.

Before you start

Have access to your Shopify admin and permission to install apps and approve charges. STREET onboarding expects a UK store serving the supported London area, GBP currency, Shopify Payments and standard Shopify Checkout. Contact support if your setup differs.

Install and connect

  1. Open the STREET installation link supplied by the onboarding team and install the app in Shopify.
  2. Review and approve the requested access. How STREET Connects To Your Store explains what STREET adds.
  3. Approve STREET billing in Shopify. If the approval page does not open, use Approve billing on Shopify in the STREET app.
  4. After returning to the app, follow Next: complete your retailer profile. Continue with Finishing Your Setup.

If the STREET account card says No account connected, use Connect and follow the account-connection flow. Contact support if your existing account does not connect.

Before going live

Installation does not complete onboarding. Review your catalogue and location before going Online: products can already be enabled for STREET. Use the Going Live Checklist to check the remaining steps.
