GuideSTREET and Your Store

How STREET connects to your store

Updated 13 Sep 2026

In short: Shopify supplies your products and stock; the Partner app handles STREET orders; STREET charges appear in Shopify billing.

Products and store details

Maintain products, variants, prices and inventory in Shopify. STREET syncs that information, so you do not need a second catalogue. Use On Street settings to control what you offer.

If product information looks stale, open the STREET app in Shopify and use Sync now. For old branding or contact details, use Re-sync store details instead and look for Store details re-synced. Then check the updated details. Collection addresses come from Shopify Settings > Locations.

Orders and delivery

STREET orders appear in Shopify and in the Partner app. Accept, pack and mark them ready in the Partner app. Marking ready starts the courier-booking process and can mark the supplied items fulfilled in Shopify before delivery.

Use Partner app tracking to check whether the rider has collected or delivered the order. Shopify's fulfilled status is not proof of physical delivery. See Tracking Deliveries.

What the integration adds

STREET publishes eligible products to its sales channel and adds delivery configuration for STREET checkout. You can continue using Shopify and POS for your other sales.

STREET manages the courier delivery; you still handle product questions and customer returns. How Billing Works explains the separate STREET charges collected through Shopify.
