Receiving orders

In short: Open STREET orders in the Partner app to accept, pack and prepare them for collection.

Open an order

Keep the Partner app open during your operating hours, with alerts checked as described in Setting Up Your Counter Tablet. A new order appears with the items and variants requested.

Open the incoming order and follow Accepting Orders. For orders already in progress, open Orders > LIVE ORDERS and select the order.

The order also appears in Shopify, but the STREET acceptance and packing controls are in the Partner app.

Find an older order

Open Orders > ORDER HISTORY and use Search history. Select the order to see its details and status.

If an order fails to load, check your connection and use Retry or Refresh, as shown. Contact support if it still will not load.
