How billing works

In short: STREET charges are collected through Shopify billing after successful delivery, separately from the customer's payment to your shop.

What makes up a charge

• Commission: STREET's agreed share of the goods supplied. Items removed during packing are excluded.
• Delivery: the delivery amount STREET recovers under your agreement.
• STREET credit: where STREET contributes credit to an order, it reduces the usage charge.

Your agreement sets the applicable rates and amounts. Reading Your Invoice shows an illustrative calculation.

When and where it appears

The customer pays through your Shopify checkout. Successful delivery triggers the separate STREET usage charge, which is collected through Shopify billing. It can appear as one combined entry for the order.

Approve STREET billing during installation. In the STREET app inside Shopify, open Billing to check usage and the approved limit. See Caps and Alerts if the limit needs changing.

After a return

Goods removed before dispatch differ from goods returned after delivery. A later customer return does not automatically reverse the original commission or delivery charge.

If STREET absorbed credit on an order, a completed full return can also result in that credit being charged back. Contact support if you need to reconcile an adjustment with your agreement.

The customer refund is a separate decision. Follow Returns and Refunds before issuing it.
